Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
At RangaBhumi, every customized gift is carefully designed, personalized, packaged, and quality-checked before dispatch. As most of our products are made to order and customized as per customer request, our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy is as follows.
🔹 Eligibility for Returns / Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:
Product received is damaged.
Product received is defective.
Wrong item delivered.
Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos as proof of the issue.
🔸 Non-Returnable Items
The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
Personalized/customized gifts with names, photos, texts, or messages.
Used or opened products.
Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
Products once unsealed.
Items with minor color/design variations due to display settings or printing.
Orders with incorrect personalization details provided by the customer.
🔹 Exchange Policy
Eligible products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, subject to verification of the reported issue.
After verifying the issue:
We will arrange a replacement or exchange of the product.
Replacement will be dispatched after the returned item is received or the issue is confirmed.
Delivery timelines for exchanges may vary depending on product availability and location.
🔸 Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only when a replacement is not possible.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue occurred from our end.
🔹 Return Shipping
If the mistake is from our side (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will arrange the return shipping.
In other cases, customers may need to bear the return shipping cost.
